Returns & Replacements

Since each bookmark is handmade with care, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your product, please reach out within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll be happy to send a replacement.

Please note: Once an order is shipped, we can’t be responsible for postal delays or lost packages. We always package with care to make sure your bookmark gets to you safely.
